Leg day.

15 minute warm up

3 sets of 12 calf raises 30lbs

3 sets of 12 angled leg press 150lbs

3 sets of 12 inner and outer thighs 50lbs

3 sets of 10 lunges 20lbs added

5 sets of 12 leg raises (for abs)

5 sets of 10 crunches 10lbs added.

Feeling good!!!! Let’s get it brothas!!
