I’m looking to take some supplements for hiking. I already include some sugar pills and I got some protein bars that I take with me but what are some other supplements that you’d recommend I take as a hike or should I take some electrolytes in case I get dehydrated? I will be hiking out west and it’s extremely dry and desert like conditions
