Mk677 How do i combat the negative effects on glucose/insulin sensitivity?

So I've been taking 25mg of mk677 daily for roughly a year with a short break in the middle. Labs a few months back showed glucose starting to spike. I read somewhere about a combat to remedy this... can anyone tell me what it is? Thanks in advance.
