steroids that won’t cause anxiety for me

I’ve suffered for anxiety since I was a kid and it’s always something that I’ve had to overcome.
I’ve tried different medications for it but honestly it doesn’t really do anything for me so I kind of just work on avoiding anxiety and doing a lot of meditation.
