help with snoring and breathing issues

looking for some advice from some of you on here who have snoring and breathing issues when you sleep at night
seems like during the night I’m breathing really heavy and I’m accumulating a lot of phlegm and it’s causing me to snore and have a stuffy nose
pretty sure it’s not allergies and I’m looking for a supplement that can help break down that phlegm
