pea protein powder vs. hemp?

I’m looking for a comparisons between pea protein powder and hemp powder.
I can do whey protein powder it messes up my stomach really bad I get lots of diarrhea when I’m at the gym LOL
what have been your experiences with using the above I heard protein powder that is made from pea isn’t that bad but tastes kinda weird.
