best supplement for liver strain

got my blood work done in my liver levels are elevated by about 30 points above where they should be
this makes me worried that maybe I need to start taking something to get the numbers back down
I’m coming off a cycle of oral steroids where I did 2 of them together
would supplement would you recommend that would work for me
