Visiting the doctor while on lots of gear

I’m doing 2500mgs a week of gear plus doing a couple peptides and hgh
will my doctor is gonna know what I am up to when he gives me a check up and gets my bloodwork?
It if he asked me anything should I just be honest with him and tell him what I’m doing or should I lie to him or maybe delay my appointment.
What do you guys and gals do personally when it comes to going to doctors and being up front
