My custom Training Routine (with sets and reps)

My name is Sullivan, I'm 22 years old and have been training with a PPL x Arnold Split that i've seemed to fall out of love with, and I went down the rabbit hole of watching Dr. Mike Israetel (as we all have), and I decided to try to make my own program.
