I’m 5’9’’ and 210 pounds with 16% body fat
goals are simply to recomp, lose fat and gain muscle or keep muscle worst case.
My thoughts are this:
s4 25mgs 4 weeks, 50mgs 8 more weeks
gw 10mgs 5 weeks, 20mgs 10 more weeks
is this a good one?
