Sciroxx abnormal injections

been using sciroxx for the past few days and the injections are awful. When you pin their gear there is an instant pain and then the soreness and redness follows.
My muscles are swollen and they hurt a lot.
Not sure what to do from here, I’m considering stopping this gear and ordering from somewhere else.
