using domestic supply for my cutting stacking

I’m trying to put together a cutting stack from domestic Supply and I need some tips on which of their Primo brands that you recommend.
I’ve tried Primo a couple times in my past and I’m convinced that little times it was fake because I didn’t get much out of it.
Also when it comes to dosing, do you think 400mgs would be good?
I’m 212 pounds, 5’8’’ and 32 years old
