Morning sickness

I was wondering if any of you on here get morning sickness
when I get up in the morning I get a little nauseous and I try to drink water and the more water I drink the more nauseous I get
do you think it has anything to do with supplements I’m taking?
I’m currently taking protein powder casein before bed
