I’m pulling a lot of muscles

I’m going overboard when it comes to using products for my pulled muscles
using a lot of those creams and the smell is really bad I smell like a medicine chest lol
is there any recommendations when it comes to supplements that I can take that can help with pulled muscles and help repairing them and all that good stuff
