improper use of trenbolone causes long term effects?

I read some stuff online recently about improper use of tren causing long term brain or neurological problems and users.
What do you think that this is all about and what could be causing this?
I’m worried now because I’ve used it three different times and all the times I’ve used it I’ve noticed some mental changes to my mood and other things
