post cycle therapy supp tricks

my last cycle I put on 15 pounds then lost it all afterwards.
My pct was trash. listened to some boneheads who gave me some bad advice and I had no motivation to even train.
This time I want to do something different and do it the right way. Is there any supplements that you recommend that I take that will help me get better results after cycle to keep my gains
