motion sickness supplements?

So I get motion sickness when I go on airplanes. Usually I start getting sick when there is turbulence
do you have any tips when it comes to supplements that work to help with this type of issue
I don’t want to end up like last time and throwing up for 7 straight hours from the trauma of it all.
What was worked for you all?
