Napsgear is approved right?

So I've ordered from them multiple times this past year with no issues. Fast delivery, excellent help desk support but I have heard about people getting scammed here and there by ordering and never getting the product and help desk ghosting them.

I feel like I'm in that boat now. Ordered a domestic product 8 days ago still says processing order. I've never had an order take more than a few days to ship. Emailed help desk and they just keep sending the same response of its still...
