Another Leg Day!

Hi Y'all,

It's another leg day and I'll be putting in the work with my quick home workout to get your glutes and legs burning. No equipment needed today. All I need is just an exercise mat, ample space and time!

#1. Shoulder Width Squat - 30 sec
