Home Workouts - Upper Body

Hi Y'all,

Here's my quick home workout for training my upper body. I'll be doing the usual with an initial warm-up and cool down period at the end. Also, I'll be using a couple of dumbbells and nothing else other than an exercise and decent space. Enjoy!
